Congrats on starting HCG! I am on LCD 24! It is an awesome diet but def. takes work. I was looking over your recipes and want to make some suggestions so you don't end up paying for it later. Turkey is not allowed on the Dr. Simeons protocol, also I wouldnt use any cooking spray, instead use chicken broth! Good luck

I have used turkey and cooking spray. I lost 26 pounds on one round. This protocol was written in the 1940's. We have come a long way since then.
DeleteThanks for the advise! I sort of modified the diet because I wanted to stay on it. I love turkey :P
ReplyDeleteI gave up ground beef for ground turkey months ago, so I'm sure I will keep eating my turkey in place of beef still also. It's good for you and usually healthier than beef, so I don't see what the problem is. :P
