I don't know how to stop from going back into my old habits. I haven't been to the gym in weeks. But luckily for me, I get up after falling. I am trying to do P90X. That plan lets you eat! I am also taking something called Lipozene. Hopefully that will work as well.
Here are my stats for today:
Weight before: 182.6
Weight after: 183.4
Body fat loss: ?
Total weight loss: 11.6
I've heard a lot of good things about the P90x through other blogs and twitter. I think once I reach a healthier size I'm going to give it a try. (at this point, I don't think I COULD do it, physically). I look forward to hearing about your experience! Good Luck!!
ReplyDeleteP90x is reaaly hard. i think i need to lose more weight before I start it too! I didn't even have time to write in my blog for the past couple of week. It requires a lot of work!
