Day 5: I finally made it to the gym

Boo-ya! I finally made it to the gym., I wasted 512 calories. Today I increased my intake to 679. I spent 13 minutes on the bike and 45 minutes on the elliptical. I am so out of shape. I think I am going to go back later tonight for the 167. Therefore it would be like I didn't eat at all, which is hardly the fact:

Breakfast: 315 cal, 10g of fat
4 servings of Eggbeaters Southwestern style
2 Brown and Serve turkey sausage links
1 slice of toast
1/2 tbs of butter
1 can of diet root beer

Lunch: 52 cal, 0.25g of fat
2 tbs of fat free Italian dressing
1 medium Roma tomato
2.5 cups of romaine hearts
34 oz of water
64 oz of diet cola

Dinner: 299 cal, 11.92g of fat
20 spears of medium asparagus
3 oz of salmon

1 slice of toast
1/2 tbs of butter
1 pickle

Snack: 130 cal, 4g of fat

Exercise: 657 cal

Net +149

Here are my stats for today:

Weight after: 184

Total weight loss: 11
