Sunday - Day 5 HCG

Well, i didn't weigh myself yesterday because I was scared to see what tuna would do to my change. But I did weigh myself today. I drank a whole bunch of diet coke, I am not sure if you can do that on the HCG, but that story was written a million years ago. I think it is up to me to update it! I will be the guinea pig.

Here are my result for today:

  1. I have heard the Diet coke causes gains and stalls.. I can say anything though because I had an iced latte with sugar free syrup!

  2. The thing about hCG (well, any diet or change of lifestyle) is that you own your choices. There are SO many things not allowed on the P2 protocol. I haven't followed it 100% either.. but when you have a stall or gain, you just have to look back and own what you did. You are doing GREAT!!! BTW - Diet Soda is not allowed. But neither is the cheese I had on my salad :)

  3. Diet coke is apparently not good for you anyway, lol. I try not to have any more than like one every 2 weeks or something, when I get that craving. Or on weekends when I'm drinking.

    I plan on starting my HCG diet this weekend! Praying my TOM doesn't pop up on me and ruin it, but that's the plan so far!
