Day 4: I think my body is trying to sabotage me!

It is the 4th day and I still haven't hit the gym. I was really going to go today, I even went to bed early! I woke up and could not even get out of bed. I slept in a twisting position and I could not get up. I had to wait until my husband got home to get up. I laid back down because now I had a headache. I took some ibuprofen to help with the pain. I didn't even step into the gym yet and I hurt myself. I bet everybody who signed me up is laughing at me right now. I mean they are probably saying that I am a quitter, not even that, a quitter is way above me; you have to be a starter to be a quitter.

Fortunately, I have a triple attack plan on this 12 week journey: the gym, a $100 colonic, and diet. I readjusted my weight loss calendar to reflect my new goals. I thought I would wait a week to do this, but with my new found pain and attitude, I think I have to change it. Here is my updated chart:
As you can see my projection is that I am not going to meet my goal of 104lbs in 12 weeks. But that is too much to ask anyway. My projection puts me at 140lbs, which is still pretty good. It turns out that I only need 1935 calories a day, anything less than that I can lose weight. So I plan to hit the gym with a mission: burn all the calories I eat in a day. Seems good! I just ate 100 calories worth of oatmeal, I need to work that out!
