I forgot to post my ending stats for the HCG diet. I did the 15 day plan (Average weight loss is 7-10 lb.). I have lost 11+ lbs in 15 days. Pretty good.

When can you start round 2 of HCG?
I am going on the Medifast Diet for 28-35 days. How long after you do the HCG diet (15 days plan) can you start another Round of the HCG diet? How many rounds can you go before the HCG diet becomes ineffective?
